Resources for Young Professionals, from a Young Professional

If you're reading this then you're cool, you're motivated, and big thanks to you for checking out my site. I started Profesh after noticing that, for years, friends have come to me for job advice. I eventually decided to start Profesh out of an admittedly weird penchant for LinkedIn stalking and writing cover letters.

I graduated college with a BSM in Marketing and English. In true Millennial form I've bounced around a bit since then, and am currently working in Management Consulting and Innovation Design at a global professional services firm. But I've used each of my experiences as insight into what makes a smart career move. I'm a firm believer that learning what you don't like is just as valuable as learning what you do like.

Yes, there's a ton to gain from speaking with tenured coaches (and I don't discourage doing so!). But there's just as much value in speaking with a peer who knows exactly what you're going through.

Okay, work isn't as much fun as tailgates, but finding the right job can make this transition SO much better, fun and fulfilling.

How I Can

In my last job search, I landed over 20 interviews in under 3 months.
Not a brag-- but to let you know that I've successfully figured out how to:
rise above a sea of cover letters
make a real impression
negotiate offers
and ultimately arrive at the best (personal and professional) decision.

P.S. Not too long ago we were all broke college students, so I promise not to empty your wallet
